AI can propose.
People keep authority.
We build software to make consequential AI actions accountable: what was requested, who authorized it, what executed and what the target recorded.
A suggestion is not permission.
As agents move from answering questions to proposing business actions, teams need an explicit boundary between intent and execution. An approval must refer to the actual request; a missing response must not become an invitation to repeat the write.
One focused product: Authority.
Authority connects proposals, requester adoption, separate approval, controlled worker dispatch and target read-back. Our initial evaluation workflow is ERPNext procurement using fictional Purchase Orders.
We are building from concrete workflows and inspectable evidence. Customer pilot validation and deployment-specific production preparation remain ahead.
Make the boundary understandable.
Keep human roles distinct. Make prerequisites visible. Preserve action bindings across attempts. Investigate uncertainty through evidence. State what a test establishes and what it leaves open.
