Authority / Validation scope

Inspect the result.
Understand its limits.

A summary of the fictional-data ERPNext review and engineering checks. These exercises establish bounded behavior in a sandbox, not customer results or production certification.

01 / Main workflow

Proposal to recorded submission.

The review followed a prepared proposal through requester adoption, separate approval identities, draft creation, submission review and submission. Records showed zero submission attempts before approval, one afterwards, and a separate ERPNext read-back matching the submitted business fields.

A second prepared proposal followed the same lifecycle. The owner attested to personally operating its approvals. That attestation is distinct from independently observed approval clicks.

02 / Controlled faults

Recover without another target write.

A lost-response case reconciled from unknown to submitted. A pre-send interruption case reconciled from unknown to conflict. Reviewed gate replay checks were rejected before and after reconciliation; recovery used target reads and recorded zero recovery writes.

These are controlled fault exercises and local gate checks. They do not establish universal duplicate prevention across every target, partition or adversarial request.

03 / Feedback

Improve the next valid step.

Reviewer findings prompted clearer draft prerequisites, currency display, attempt history and links to recorded read-back evidence. Relevant regression checks and deployed read-only checks passed. The project owner subsequently reported a positive independent repeat of the improved UI; a detailed follow-up report is not included in this public summary.

04 / Before production

The remaining acceptance boundary.

A real customer pilot, reproducible release provenance, off-host recovery with key custody, deployment-specific identity and tenant checks, monitoring and incident ownership still need acceptance in the intended environment. Deployed Git metadata was unavailable in the reviewed environment; image and file hashes were retained.

Sanitized supporting evidence can be discussed during an evaluation. Private source, credentials, reviewer identities and sandbox addresses are not published here.
